Abstract

Проведено изучение хромосомного набора мультипотентных мезенхимных стромальных клеток СММСЮ ранних пассажей и сопоставление его с таковым лимфоцитов периферической крови тех же доноров. Выполнено кариотипирование культуры ММСК и ФГА-стимулированных лимфоцитов периферической крови, полученных от шести здоровых лиц обоих полов. В результате цитогенетического анализа культур ММСК, проведенного после каждого пассажа, начиная с четвертого и заканчивая седьмым, не было выявлено метафазных пластинок с измененным числом и структурой хромосом. Во всех случаях был установлен нормальный кариотип, соответствующий кариотипу ФГА-стимулированных лимфоцитов тех же индивидов. Таким образом, на ранних пассажах в культурах ММСК доноров с нормальным конституциональным кариотипом, установленным при цитогенетическом анализе лимфоцитов, не было зарегистрировано клеток с хромосомными и геномными мутациями.
