Т-клеточная вакцинация в лечении рассеянного склероза

Аннотация
Рассеянный склероз (PC) — аутоиммунное заболевание, обусловленное развитием демиелинизирующих очагов воспаления в центральной нервной системе (ЦНС). Т-клеточная вакцинация — метод лечения, нацеленный на стимуляцию анти- идиотипических иммунных реакций, способных инактивировать идиотип-несущие аутоиммунные лимфоциты. В обзоре представлены экспериментальные и клинические данные, свидетельствующие, в том, что механизм влияния Т-клеточной вакцинации на аутоиммунный демиелинизирующий процесс включает в себя 4 основных компонента: 1) генерацию антиидиотипических CD8+ цитотоксических Т-лимфоцитов; 2) генерацию антиидиотипических CD4+ Т-хелперных клеток 2-го и 3-го типов; 3) индукцию и стимуляцию функциональной активности регуляторных CD4+CD25+ Т-клеток; 4) индукцию синтеза антиидиотипических антител. Указывается на целесообразность применения Т-клеточной вакцинации при лечении PC и других аутоиммунных заболеваний.
