Аннотация
Известно, что индуцированные плюрипотентные стволо-
вые клетки (ИПСК) способны к бесконечному самовозобнов-
лению и дифференцировке во все типы клеток. Обзор посвя-
щен современным методам и подходам к созданию моделей
заболеваний на основе ИПСК человека; недавним достиже-
ниям и перспективам в этой области, а также применению
таких моделей для изучения заболеваний человека.
