Аннотация
возможности образования гепатоцитов в поджелудочной елезе используются различные модели (воздействие стимуляторами пролиферации пероксисом, гиперэкспрессия актора роста кератиноцитов в островках поджелудочной елезы, модель «истощения-пресыщения медью» и др.).
На сегодняшний день нет однозначного ответа, какие именно клетки поджелудочной железы являются источником геатоцитов. Имеющиеся данные предполагают возможность бразования гепатоцитов в поджелудочной железе из трех
различных источников: ацинарных клеток, эндокриноцитов и клеток протоков.
