Abstract
Эмбриональный нейрогенез у млекопитающих сопровождается активной пролиферацией клеток радиальной глии - полярных нейроэпителиальных клеток, тела которых расположены в вентрикулярной зоне коры развивающегося головного мозга. Эти глиальные клетки-предшественники (ГКП) - стволовые клетки головного мозга зародыша - делятся асимметрично, давая начало дифференцирующимся нейронам, которые затем мигрируют в направлении кортикальной пластинки, где происходит образование слоев неокортекса. Но что определяет способность стволовых клеток к асимметричному делению?
