Abstract

В последние годы в научной литературе появились сообщения о туморогенных свойствах, приобретаемых мультипотентными мезенхимальными стромальными (ММСК) клетками при культивировании in vitro. В обзоре обсуждаются возможные механизмы этого феномена и вопрос о том, насколько правомерно говорить об опасности применения ММСК в клеточной терапии.
