Experimental scheme: 1 - transfection of 129sv mouse ESCs with the pEF-1 a-EGFP vector to obtain a GFP-expressing colony; 2 - ligation of the large arterial trunk of the heart (leftanterior descending artery) of mice with subsequent experimental myocardial infarction; 3 - transplantation of transfected ESCs into the area of myocardial infarction in three lines of mice (group 1 - allogeneic mice of the BALB/c line, group 2 - syngeneic mice of the 129sv line, group 3 - mice with severe combined immunodeficiency - SCID); 4 — histological and histochemical examination of heart tissues on the 2nd week of the post-transplantation period (mice of the first group — pronounced infiltration with T-lymphocytes and dendritic cells, mice of the second group — single lymphocytes in the areas bordering on myocardial infarction, mice of the third group — complete absence of lymphocytes and dendritic cells).
