СТРУКТУРА ЖУРНАЛА Журнал состоит из нескольких разделов: «Обзоры», «Оригинальные исследования», «дискуссионные и общетеоретические работы», «Stem cells business», «От редакции», «история». ОБЩИЕ ПРАВИЛА ДЛЯ АВТОРОВ Правила представления рукописей: для опубликования принимаются работы по всем рубрикам журнала, оформленные в соответствии с требованиями журнала. Электронный вариант статьи на диске с полуторными интервалами между строчками, со стандартными полями (слева - 3 см, справа - 1 см, сверху и снизу - 2,5 см) должны быть отправлены по адресу: 119333 г. Все страницы, кроме титульного листа, должны быть пронумерованы (вверху в центре). рукописи, оформление которых не соответствует «Правилам для авторов», могут быть отклонены редакцией. Материалы, уже опубликованные в других изданиях, или находящиеся на рассмотрении в других редакциях, будут отклонены редколлегией журнала. Титульный лист: На титульном листе должны быть указаны фамилии и инициалы всех авторов, название статьи, место работы (наименование кафедры или лаборатории и учреждения, где выполнена работа), 5-10 ключевых слов. Оригинальные исследования должны быть завизированы руководителем учреждения, где выполнена работа. Резюме: Все статьи должны содержать резюме на русском и английском языках объемом не более 250 слов (редколлегия имеет право сокращать резюме, превышающие указанный объем). В резюме должны быть изложены цели исследования, основные процедуры (отбор объектов изучения или лабораторных животных, методы наблюдения или аналитические методы), основные результаты (по возможности, конкретные данные и их статистическая значимость) и основные выводы. Текст: Текст необходимо печатать в редакторе Word на бумаге формата А4, шрифтом Times New Roman, 14 размера, без переносов. Все страницы должны быть пронумерованы вверху в центре. Материал и методы исследования должны быть описаны детально с точным указанием использованных реактивов, фирмы изготовителя и страны. Если в статье имеется описание наблюдений на человеке, не следует использовать фамилии, инициалы больных или номера историй болезни, особенно на рисунках и фотографиях. Кроме того, в таких статьях необходимо указывать, подписывал ли больной информированное согласие, есть ли одобрение этического комитета и ученого совета учреждения, где данное исследование было выполнено. Статьи, не содержащие этой информации, будут отклонены редакцией. При изложении экспериментов на животных следует указать, соответствовало ли содержание и использование лабораторных животных правилам, принятым в учреждении, рекомендациям национального совета и национальным законам. Последняя страница: На последней странице надо поставить подписи всех авторов, указать полностью их фамилии, имена, отчества, ученую степень, а также почтовый адрес, телефон/факс, электронный адрес автора, с которым следует вести переписку. Иллюстрации: Журнал принимает в качестве иллюстраций оригинальные схемы, фотографии, микрофотографии и графики. Все рисунки и графики должны быть присланы отдельными файлами в формате tiff с первоначальным разрешением 300 dpi, линейным размером по ширине не менее 7 см. Обозначения допускаются только в распечатанном варианте или в копиях рисунков. Графики должны быть выдержаны в серо-зеленой гамме. За качество воспроизведения несоответствующих требованиям иллюстраций редакция ответственности не несет, либо они исключаются. БИБЛИОГРАФИЧЕСКИЕ ССЫЛКИ Библиографические ссылки в тексте: все ссылки должны быть процитированы в тексте и пронумерованы последовательно, в порядке их первого упоминания в тексте, арабскими цифрами в квадратных скобках, в соответствии со списком литературы, данным в конце статьи. Список литературы: при цитировании необходимо использовать номенклатуру названий журналов, рекомендованную Index Medicus в формате NLM - список названий может быть получен в NLM (http://www.nlm.nih.gov). Цитирование по системе автор-дата не допускается. Должны быть упомянуты все авторы; в случае, если авторов пять или больше, перечислите первых трех и добавьте «и соавт.» (et al.). Авторский коллектив несет полную ответственность за точность и полноту всех ссылок и за правильность цитирования в тексте. РАЗМЕР РУКОПИСИ Обзорные статьи: не более 30 страниц машинописного текста. Оригинальные исследования: не более 15 страниц машинописного текста. Исторические статьи: не более 15 страниц машинописного текста. ПОДГОТОВКА СТАТЬИ К ПУБЛИКАЦИИ Редакция имеет право вести переговоры с авторами по уточнению, изменению или сокращению рукописи. Все присланные материалы по усмотрению редколлегии направляются для рецензирования членам редакционного совета или экспертам-консультантам в данной области. Принятые статьи публикуются бесплатно. Рукописи и оттиски статей авторам не высылаются. Редакция оставляет за собой право вносить в текст рукописей, принятых к опубликованию, терминологические, стилистические и грамматические правки, изменять количество и корректировать иллюстрации и таблицы. После опубликования в журнале «Гены & клетки» материалы могут быть размещены на сайте http://www.celltranspl.ru. Гены & Клетки, том XV, № 2, 2020 INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS 97 INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS JOURNAL STRUCTURE The journal includes several sections such as «Reviews», «Original Research», «Discussion and Theoretical Background», «Stem cells business», «Editorial's», «History». GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Submission: Contributions to any aspect the journal covers that meet the requirements are accepted for publication. Manuscripts must be sent to 119991 Moscow, Gubkina st. b. 3-2. Tel. +7 (495) 646-80-76 in two copies and on disc, 1.5 line spaced with 3-cm left, 1-cm right and 2,5-cm top/ bottom margins. Besides, manuscripts except the original research may be submitted by e-mail redaktor@celltranspl.ru. All pages except the title page should be numbered (at the upper center). Manuscripts could be returned shelved to the authors unless they satisfy the General Instructions requirements. Materials published elsewhere or being under consideration by another journals will be rejected. Title page: The title page should include the names of all the authors, a short running title, affiliations (names of departments]/ laboratory[ies] and institutions] where the work was done), 5 to 10 key words. The name, the highest academic degrees of the institution head should be provided within the brackets. The original investigation reports must be proved by the head of the institution where the study is held. Abstract: A 250-word abstract should be provided for all articles. [The editorial department will edit abstracts that are too long.] The abstracts should include the aims of investigation, general procedures (selection of objects to be studied or laboratory animals, methods of investigation or analysis), results (specific findings and their statistic significance), and conclusion. Abstract will be translated into Russian by the publisher's editorial department. Text: The text should be a Word-processed A4 format document in the 14-th Times New Roman font without hyphens. All pages should be numbered in the upper center. Complex formulae and citations should be signed on the margins by authors. Materials and methods of the investigation should be described in details, with the proper names of reagents used, their producers and country. In case reports, patients' names, history identifications especially in pictures or photographs should be omitted. In case of people participation in the clinical research, provide the information if they signed the informed consent as well as is there is the approval of the ethic committee and that of the scientific board of the institution where this investigation was performed. Manuscripts that do not provide this information will be rejected. In case of reports on experimental animals, indicate if the experiment was held according to the rules of keeping and handling experimental animals accepted in your institution, the national laws and the international regulations. Last page: The last page should include the signatures of all the authors, their full names, the highest academic degrees and the corresponding author's complete mailing address, telephone/fax and e-mail. Illustrations: As illustrations original schemes, pictures, micrographics, diagrams are accepted for publication. All the pictures and diagrams should be provided as separate files in a tiff format with the primary resolution of 300 dpi and the linear width of not less than 7 cm. Legends are acceptable only on a printed copy or on picture copies. Diagrams should be grey and green. The edition does not guarantee a high quality of reproduction of inappropriate illustration(s), and reserves the right not to reproduce an illustration(s) unless its quality meets the editorial requirements. REFERENCES Citation in text: All references should be cited in the text and numbered consecutively using Arabic numbers in square brackets in accordance with the list given in the end of the article. Reference list: Presentation of the references should be based on NLM formats in Index Medicus. The author-date system of citation is not acceptable. Titles of journals should be abbreviated according to Index Medicus. The list of Index Medicus - indexed journals could be obtained at NLM (http://www.nlm.nih.gov). All authors should be listed; if there are five authors and more, only the first three should be listed, followed by «et al.». Authors bear total responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all references and for correct text citation. SPECIFIC FORMATS Review articles: not more than 30 pages of typewritten text. Original research: not more than 15 pages of typewritten text. Historical material: nor more than 15 pages of typewritten text. EDITORIAL ASSESSMENT AND PROCESSING The editorial department reserves the right to consult the authors about refinement, modifying or shortening manuscripts. All contributions to the journal could be peer reviewed by members of the Editorial Board or submitted to expert consultants at the discretion of the editorial department. Accepted materials are published free of charge. Manuscripts and facsimile copies are not returned to the authors.
