For a possible correction of this process, there is a need for a more detailed study of certain genes, the expression of which can change during metabolic processes associated with obesity.</p> <p>The aim of this review is to identify the most promising candidate genes for further studies of metabolic disorders associated with obesity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Развитие полногеномных ассоциативных исследований позволило выделить множество генов, связанных с одним из самых распространённых во всем мире заболеваний — ожирением.
