As a source of chemotaxic stimulus vital and devitalized laminar bone tissue fragments autogenic to cells culture were used. It has been stated that under cellular culture conditions stromal cells respond largely to vital tissue signals which might have been due to biological active substances produced by cells of a bone fragment. Obscure response of culture to devitalized bone tissue presence may have been due to bone tissue properties alteration after devitalization, in particular, alterations of intracellular matrix proteins.</p> <p>Possible influence of different factors to cells culture migration has been discussed.</p>
Невыраженная реакция культуры на присутствие девитализированной костной ткани, вероятно, обусловлена изменением свойств костной ткани после потери жизнеспособности, в частности, изменениями белков внеклеточного матрикса.</p> <p>Обсуждено возможное воздействие на миграцию клеток культуры клеток различных факторов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>stromal cells</kwd><kwd>chemotaxis</kwd><kwd>cells migration</kwd><kwd>bone tissue</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>стромальные клетки</kwd><kwd>хемотаксис</kwd><kwd>миграция клеток</kwd><kwd>костная ткань</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Денисов-Никольский Ю.И., Миронов С.П., Омельяненко Н.П., Матвейчук И.В.
