However, when obtaining such culture, technical difficulties arise: poor adhesion to the substrate, increased growth of fibroblasts in culture, early aging, and others. The review describes the main options for culturing breast carcinoma cells - two-dimensional cultures, three-dimensional cultures, tissue sections, and also discusses methods for their preparation. The results of studies on changes in the receptor apparatus during cultivation and assessment of the effect of anticancer drugs on breast carcinoma cells in vitro are presented.</p>
Представлены результаты исследований по изменению рецепторного аппарата в процессе культивирования и оценке влияния противоопухолевых препаратов на клетки карциномы молочной железы in vitro.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast carcinoma</kwd><kwd>primary cell culture</kwd><kwd>mammo-spheres</kwd><kwd>molecular biological subtypes of breast carcinoma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>карцинома молочной железы</kwd><kwd>первичная культура клеток</kwd><kwd>маммосферы</kwd><kwd>молекулярно-биологические подтипы карциномы молочной железы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Галимова Э.С., Галагудза М.М.
