Represented the biological characteristics of cryopreserved umbilical cord blood (cell structure, cell viability (CD45+7-ADD-), the number of CD34 + -cells), harvested for clinical use. It is shown that after the cryostorage quality of cryopreserved umbilical cord blood is stored, does not change and does not depend on the long-term of storage, there is a slight decrease in the number of nucleated cells, colony-forming activity. Revealed that the preservation of hematopoietic stem cells of umbilical cord blood after cryostorage depends on the method of their selection, the initial levels of hematocrit to store and CPDA in cord blood.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье проведен анализ качества криоконсервированной пуповинной крови (ПК) до и после криохранения в автоматизированной системе «BioArchive®» в Московском банке стволовых клеток. Представлены биологические характеристики криоконсервированной пуповинной крови (клеточный состав, жизнеспособность клеток (CD45 + 7-ADD-), количество CD34 + -клеток), заготовленной для клинического применения. Показано, что после долгосрочного криохранения качество криоконсервированной пуповинной крови сохраняется, не изменяется и не зависит от срока криохранения, отмечается незначительное снижение количества ядросодержащих клеток, колониеобразующей активности.
