The results show that the proposed method of gene-cell therapy can effectively stimulate the regeneration of posttraumatic spinal cord injury, which is manifested in the form of improved indicators of recovery of motor function, increasing the number of reactive astrocytes and oligodendrocytes progenitors.</p>
Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что предлагаемый метод генно-клеточной терапии позволяет эффективно стимулировать посттравматическую регенерацию спинного мозга, что проявляется в виде улучшения показателей восстановления двигательной функции, увеличения количества реактивных астроцитов и предшественников олигодендроцитов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>adenoviral vector</kwd><kwd>spinal cord injury</kwd><kwd>umbilical cord blood cells</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аденовирусный вектор</kwd><kwd>травма спинного мозга</kwd><kwd>клетки крови пуповины</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Gray S.J., Choi V.W., Asokan A. et al.
