Однако эффект липофилинга является краткосрочным в связи с низкой выживаемостью жирового трансплантата Данное исследование было направлено на оценку влияния плазмы, обогащенной тромбоцитами (platelet-rich plasma, PRP), на динамику инволютивных изменений липографта в экспериментальной модели с подкожным введением жировой ткани в ушную раковину кролика. Каждому животному (n = 9) выполнялась подкожная аутотрансплантация жировой ткани: в левую ушную раковину - без PRP, в правую - смешанной с PRP На сроках 1, 2, 4, 8 и 36 нед выполняли гистологический анализ полученных материалов, оценивая количество жировых элементов, процессы фиброза, выраженность макрофагально-гистиоцитарной реакции (выявление CD163+-клеток). Было установлено, что на ранних сроках наблюдения - вплоть до 4 нед - признаки фиброза (толщина соединительнотканной капсулы, междольковых и межадипоцитарных септ) менее выражены в случае применения PRP Однако в дальнейшем гистологическая характеристика выравнивалась в обеих группах.
