It is shown that the main tool of the therapeutic effects can be own stem cells of cancer patients and tumor stem cell proteome can be considered as the primary target cell therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре проведен анализ существующих представлений о специфике механизмов терапевтической резистентности глиальных опухолей головного мозга, систематизированы основные тенденции в современной химиотерапии глиальных опухолей, предпринята попытка обоснования новых, биоинженерных подходов к созданию персонифицированных клеточных препаратов для терапии глиальных опухолей с учетом молекулярно-биологических характеристик опухолевых стволовых клеток.
