Abstract
В настоящее время эффективность операций по замене пораженных атеросклерозом и стенозированных крупных сосудов аутотрансплантатами, а также операций по ангиопластике, направленных на коррекцию врожденных дефектов сердечнососудистой системы, весьма невелика, и зачастую пациентам требуются повторные операции. В связи с этим необходима разработка искусственных тканеинженерных конструкций, обладающих достаточной прочностью и способных со временем замещаться тканями реципиента, обеспечивая формирование функционального сосуда. Обзор посвящен наиболее успешным доклиническим и клиническим исследованиям по данному направлению.
