Abstract
Наряду с экспериментальными исследованиями, направленными на использование дифференцировочных потенций мезенхимальных мультипотентных стромаль-ных клеток СММСК), активно разрабатывается направление, занимающееся вопросом возможности применения принципиально иного свойства ММСК - воздействия на иммунную систему [1, 2]. В целом, результаты различных исследований свидетельствуют, что для ММСК характерны иммунорегуляторные потенции, реализующиеся через супрессию образования и активации ТЫ -хел-перов [3], натуральных киллеров [4] и В-лимфоцитов в ответ на антигенную стимуляцию [5], ингибирование дифференцировки и функции дендритных клеток [В], увеличение пула регуляторных Т-клеток [7]. В этой связи ММСК применяются для ослабления реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» [8], а также исследуется возможность их применения при аутоиммунных заболеваниях [9, 10].
